The reciprocal system seems esplicar Although the origin of cosmic rays and cosmic chemical elements to the level of 10 Tev, but does not seem to explain the cosmic rays of ultra high energy arriving at 3 * 10 ^ 8Tev. What would be the explanation.

El sistema reciproco parece esplicar bien el origen de los rayos cosmicos como elementos quimicos cosmicos hasta el nivel de 10 Tev, pero no parece explicarnos las rayos cosmicos de ultra alta energia que llegan a 3*10^8Tev. Cual seria la explicacion.
