I was looking for Temperature and Entropy natural unit dimensions here:
http://rs2theory.org/natural_units
But I was not able to find them...
Have I missed some concept?

Temperature is just energy, t/s, as a linear vibration that is
within the time region (therefore acting outward in space, pushing atoms apart). See
Basic Properties of Matter, chapter on Heat.
Entropy is Joules/temperature, where Joules are also energy, t/s, so you get (t/s) / (t/s) = unitless.
I did not include everything in that table; there are so many units in conventional physics it's hard to include them all. More are in Larson's paper,
"The Dimensions of Motion," along with their derivation.
