magnetic ionization level

The specification in the theory of reciprocal system constant magnetic ionization level, would study the possibility of other different locations into the Earth.
At the time that Larson reciprocal system development would have been impossible to compare the isotopic mixtures of a terrestrial chemical element with another extra-terrestrial origin, but now these shows are now accessible.
If that was previously possible spectroscopic analysis of electromagnetic emissions (especially in the light spectrum), which would indicate the various isotopes, on careful analysis, but we do not indicate the extent to which these are and therefore could not determine magnetic level ionization.
