How do you explain positive ionisation?
In RS theory, positive ionization would be the presence of additional uncharged electrons. Being a space displacement, they appear as positive* "charges" (see "Basic Properties of Matter, page 151). Since physics does not recognize the uncharged state of the electron, they try to interpret it in terms of "charge", even though it is just rotational space, which leads to the confusion of charge as "Q" (t/s--charged electron) and "q" (s--uncharged electron) (BPOM, page 169).

That is my best understanding at this time. Research on electrical theory is still in progress.
