YouTube BBCode added

I've added a BBcode for YouTube videos to allow embedding on the forum.
To use it, just place the YouTube video code from the end of the url (minus playlist or feature is best) inside opening and closing [youtube] tags, for example:
URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P9Zp0lAWjKA
[youtube]INSERT V= CODE HERE[/youtube]
It will display a video box in the post, with standard play and full screen options. This option is now in the editor when creating a post.
