Re: Pierre-Marie Robitaille - The Liquid Sun

Well, I'm not sure the word harmonic is applicable here. See the definition on wikipedia.for harmonic https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harmonic waves and nodes are terms associated more for me with harmonics, I do agree that nature is harmonic, of course.. Seems a better description to use balance of ...

Re: Pierre-Marie Robitaille - The Liquid Sun

I was thinking about how odd this happens to be during the recent solar eclipse and that it must be an illusion since the odds of having a Sun body some 93 million miles away ... with spinning planets, elliptical orbits, and a moon with its magical geosynchronous orbit, and these things just happen...

Re: ...a low-mass supernova triggered the formation of our solar system

Now if they would only fix their time scales... 4.6 billion is more like 80 million. What is the implication here? The radioactive decay rate method is not accurate? Is there a scientific basis for the 80M age? See here: http://www.conscioushugs.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Geochronology-Phoenix-...

Re: Visualization of birotation

How could you read it like that after I used the phrase "in association with" ? Oversight on my part. I believe I see your point and I'm in no position to resolve it since my understanding is more conceptual than others who have hammered out the details to a much more significant degree than has my...

Re: Visualization of birotation

I fathom motion as an unoriented ratio of space magnitude to time magnitude. Why unoriented? These magnitudes are the "chunks", that I referred to when I wrote, that I conceptualize a unit of motion as one chunk of space in association with one chunk of time. This reads to me to be an implication o...

Re: Visualization of birotation

Re: Horace I will only be repeating what Bruce has said, but sometimes seeing a thing in different words can be helpful. The solution to this requires a change in frame of reference. From the '0' datum of perspective held by an individual in either sector (the point of awareness.. "You are here"),.....

Re: Harmony of the Cosmic

Thanks for posting these pictures, they're quite helpful for visualization and seeing how the harmonic ratios as rotational operations translate to geometry. Also, thank you Adam for the links you shared. These are going to be quite helpful for my understanding of harmonies the inverse relationship ...

Motion/Movement

it would mena clock space is "not moving" but instead is constantly "aging"? and moving in time means i travel in past - present - and future but just "moving"? and how do i do that in 3 dimensions? Movement in time would look like moving in the past, present, and future, from the perspective of th...

Light traveling through a medium

Reposting this as directed from Antiquaits fora, Found this picture when google searching light passing through a drop of water, in order to get an idea of perhaps why we see the twinkling of stars, and this little gem came up. http://blogs.discovermagazine.com/badastronomy/files/2012/06/kuipers_wat...
